Nice enough shop for lower end purchases. But the servicing department is not a service I would use again.I had my bike serviced here and from there the bike and myself attempted the C2C. The chain came off 55 miles in and seriously damaged the bike.I asked for a refund and the owner refused to say yes or no but did think we should talk about it indefinitely. Don't get me wrong I know why as I used to work in a shop so I know the games they play, the aim of that is so the shop can always come back and say we tried to discuss etc etc.If you have an expensive bike do not bring it here take it to a professional who will love your bike the way you do. That's my advice.
