Bought a Fiesta and had nothing but issues right from the start. Promises and deadlines all ignored when fixing problems and constantly having to contact them even though every time they said they would contact me. When any issues arose, the owner would blame the mechanic and the mechanic would blame the owner depending on who you spoke to. Having taken my still broken car to another garage it turns out half the stuff they said they did was never done. If I could award minus stars I would. However I am conscious of the fact that they have very good reviews so believe this may be an isolated incident. I can confidently say however that I will never use this company again.
Would absolutely recommend this garage to anyone, very friend staff, helpful, went to try and get a fiat Grande Punto on finance however couldn't, will definitely be going back sometime next week hopefully to buy the car
