Completely ignore messages and don't publish any negative posts to their Facebook. Dress was fine but just didn't suit so I sent back tracked for full refund. Can see it was signed for but have had no refund or acknowledgement. This is not an acceptable way to run a company and if refund isn't given will amount to theft.
