Awful from day 1. Hour appt to have root canal, to be out the clinic in 15 mins with 2 teeth removed as cant be saved. Abscess missed on x-ray, then left 4 months without teeth and cant finish abcessed tooth unless emergency, just given antibiotics and left. appt cancelled time and time again. Receptionist dropped the phone. Stay away. Screams Negligence & malpractice.
Since Bupa took over the practice has gone downhill. I have made 3 wasted trips in the last 6 weeks due to the lab they use making a replacement denture wrongly, twice. Last time they called my wife's phone just as we were about to unload (I am disabled and we use a WAV) outside their premises to say that the dentist had just discovered it was wrong again so not to bother coming in. They have also twice sent letters threatening debt collector action about my outstanding charges for this fiasco, for which they blame "the computer". Bunch of incompetents with a high staff turnover of both dentists and admin; I wonder why?Sat 19/01/19. Bupa Sleaford have since contacted me to offer a substantial reduction in the cost of this treatment as recompense for the difficulties we have experienced. This is both welcome and acceptable but I sincerely hope that "lessons have been learned" from this sorry episode, only time will tell.

I'd give 5 stars if it weren't for the lost paperwork and lack of effort to originally find it. Spoke to a different lady though and all changed. The paperwork was found while I was there and we were at up and appointments made will I was there. Our daughter's first visit to a dentist today was made easy and comfortable for her. We were given assurances that we were doing well with her teeth and given further advice on the next stages. So after a couple of....... ahem, sorry...... teething problems, it was well worth sticking with them. They do always seem to be exceptionally busy; queues in reception and telephone ringing off the hook so I genuinely think that the bad reviews here are just unfortunate and down to bad timing and staff shortages.
I have to say that this is one of the best dental surgerys I have been to in a very long time. Sometimes the reception staff are hit and miss, especially one and she comes across as if she has a constant case of PMS. I know a lot of people have problems but I suppose you can sympathise when your husband is in prison for drug dealing as hers was. However the dentists are very good and have exceptional qualities. They are very kind, courteous, friendly, professional, gentle and empathic. They treat you as a fellow human being, and are very good at putting you at ease if you are feeling a little apprehensive. I would definitely recommend this dental surgery to children, adolescents, adults and the elderly.
