Trinity Music Exams have hired their exam piano from White & Sentance for years, and you could not wish for a more helpful and professional service. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their advice is top-notch! I would thoroughly recommend them.

The service that we received was great. Chris was very helpful and professional. He demonstrated an extensive knowledge of pianos and tuning and was able to tackle all aspects of piano maintenance including replacing castors, tuning, adjusting sticky keys and adjustment on the sustain pedal. Highly recommended.
