We recently bought a mattress from the Sleep Shop in Sleaford. The sales service was excellent, delivery prompt and after sales queries dealt with efficiently and to our satisfaction.
One of the worst experiences i have had. Long story short - booked for a Thursday delivery and the driver went to the wrong place to pick it up. Re booked for a Friday at 4pm, got a message at 8pm saying it would be delivered at 9pm... it never came. And now i have to wait till Tuesday for the bed. Not only that we have had to call continuously to get updates on what is happening.Thats 3 days unpaid work and 5 days sleeping on the floor without a bed.Avoid this company and its fly by night logistics at all cost!
Did have some issues with damaged delivery but customer service team was great and quick to resolve.
We really like the idea of supporting local businesses. Although there were some teething issues and delays meaning I can't give 5 stars, these were mainly down to the manufacturers/suppliers. The Sleep Shop team persevered and pulled out all of the stops to ensure that we got a good deal and felt valued. Good deals in store and even more on line.
