These people don't care about their customers. Their pizza "vegan" pizza made me very ill. If you're vegan supermarkets do much better vegan pizzas now, definitely don't recommend this place. I called the manager hoping we could resolve this but she was less than willing to help, she didn't care at all.

Follow up from Beraxcce as we can't reply, I'm actually disappointed with your response on this, when she had her first pizza from you she actually called up with praise to tell you how much she loved it. she had a pizza last night and couldn't settle in bed because of pains she was getting and feeling ill, maybe they're linked, maybe not, but you are far too dismissive with your complaints, this is absolutely atrocious customer service from you, it should be enough that she spoken to the manager who was less than willing to help with her lack of satisfaction.Feels like you're a bit greedy and not wanting to part with any thing to make customers happy, all you do is defend yourself, showing how you're perfect every time, and not looking after your customers and making sure they're happy with your service. Not only that, we had to wait an exceptional amount of time to collect it, almost an hour after we ordered, 3 times the given 10-20 minute window providedA much Larger local pizza shop would ensure it's customers are happy and they return, week after week and we've actually never had a problem, roll on the delivery of their Vegan pizza's which are currently being trialed.Vegan pizza was the only reason we went to you, but i guess patience is a virtue!EDIT:I absolutely do appreciate that you barely break even on a vegan pizza, we actually commented amongst ourselves about how expensive the ingredients you used actually were! But the fact is, she did call up and had spoken to a manager that was dismissive, I don't know how she felt poorly, whether it's accidental cross contamination with dairy, or total coincidence she wanted to discuss it and got shunned off.The feedback isn't based on the pizza at all as this was the second pizza ordered and it is very, VERY good pizza! But we weren't happy with the aftercare. It's up to you if you want to cater for vegans or not, it's a growing market after all. But we did give the manager a chance to fix it and someone was made aware. We won't be going further with this as we aren't the type of people to threaten with health inspections or councils but I don't think we'll be coming back

Genuinely the best pizza place outside of L Italy, in fact, maybe better than some out there! Heard some awful reviews in the past, some of which are clearly buthurt whingers whose pizza didn't arrive before they'd ordered it but I can honestly say I've never had a problem. I've ordered vegan, gluten free and most combinations of fussy and awkward in the past when I've had mate round and everything has arrived bang on time, piping hot and delicious. There's the odd exception when it's snowing and minus 3 but hey, they can't grit the roads and deliver now can they?! Keep up the good work guys :)

Best takeaway for miles. Plenty of vegan options. The cheesy vegan garlic bread is amazingly tasty. It's our favourite pizza place!

What a fabulous place. Great customer service and the pizza is just the best. It might be a little more expensive but believe you me you get what you pay for. The best pizza I've ever eaten and the people who run is are super nice. Quick service too. Highly recommended
