booked these to move house ,they came and looked round and quoted and we agreed a price after cancelling once due to work load i think they said but eventually they turned up .on the day of the move they turned up in to small a vehicle even to the untrained person but they said would get it all on ,anyway to cut a long story short the only positive was there driver was a great guy and knew what he was doing .but apart from trying to make me feel guilty because they didnt get a break and the vehicle was overloaded and being told there was more stuff than on the original list ,there was no end of stuff left that i had to move in the car on multi trips ,they tried to get us to change date and i had to help unload ,garden items were damaged in transit ,when i complained all i got in reply eventually was they thought i was trying to get a cheaper service as we had less stuff than when they looked ,there mate didnt work there anymore as he was reason i had to unload and a load of excuses to long to mention but i should have notified of damages sooner .i emailed back saying damage was reported to driver and suprise suprise after 3 months am still waiting for an email back .i have since found damage to the property caused by the mate .i would not use or recommend this company again
