Love being able to find a table, browse the menu and order through the app. Also great the products unavailable a generally updated, though my one caveat is that seasonal ales aren't available on the app.Abbot was in great nick, the pizza was good, hot and crispy, we were saving calories by not having the cheese and, surprisingly the flavour seemed richer, more umami from the tomato sauce probably.
A Wetherspoons pub which says it all really. Food is basic but extremely good value, many courses coming with a drink included although the price cherged would be good if it were only for the food. 2.29 for a pint of Abbott Ale is superb and they also have other really good real beers available too some even costing less than the Abbott. If you do not want fine dining the food is good without being inspiring the beer great, the ambience pleasant and comfortable and the service quick and friendly. Highly recommended.
Another good Wetherspoons well positioned near the town centre. Relaxing place to enjoy food and drinks.
