A lovely place to visit while in Lincolnshire. The only 8 sail windmill in Europe.
We didn't go round the windmill but we did make a pit-stop at the tea room on our way home from Norfolk. A lovely tea room with the main part decorated still as a millers house with several rooms.The food was good, the ham being particularly nice, the chutney was amazing.
I took my two friends, visiting from Coventry, both had the tour,were really impressed with the knowledgeable volunteer who guided them It is a very impressive working windmill, with lots of history and still producing flour today. My friend bought several bags of their own flour.
Really nice cafe. Great food and customised my sandwich so it was perfect.
