On time. very pleasant driver and felt very save. Lovely day out.
My partner and i went on the Liverpool trip the coach was 20 mins late due to to problems a passenger told us that they had to replace a tyre . We felt that as the bus was late we would not have enough time in Liverpool and the 20 minute delay did have a knock on a ffect . The coach did not have a toilet on it considering we were on a 3 hour journey . The driver apologized in a fashion about the delay . There was an announcement on twitter that the coach was going to be late but not every body has social media . We felt the service was very poor. The driver was rude and when we finally got to Liverpool he did not explain very well where we would be picked up so other passengers and i were rushing lost in city we did not know trying to find the coach stop.one of the passengers found a mouldy sandwich in the overhead luggage compartments i thought he was trying to grow penacilin (i assume it was the drivers it had been there a while ) my partner had noticed of he hubcaps of the of the wheels had come away whilst driving . We were told we told that we would get back at 7.30 pm but no we got home at 9.20 pm a very tiring day and to add insult to injury i asked why couldn't we have a better bus he said all the other buses had been booked out but when we got back to the depot the didn't look as if they had not been anywhere so a lie i expect. .very very poor service i expect and know your phone will b full of complaints m-Monday morning. The driver was awful we will not be travelling with Sleafordian Coaches Again that is certain, We are paying your wages and we get a deathtrap on wheels . A day spoilt in my opinion
