Nice meal, lovely restaurant.
The meal was extremely tasty and there was plenty of it. The staff were extremely polite, however, the service was disappointing, we waited a long time for our main course when other parties that arrived after us seemed to be served with their orders much more quickly. The restaurant is a nice setting for a get together over a meal though situated so close to the A17 you inevitably hear the occasional big lorry go thundering past. The toilets were nice and clean.
Four of us went for Thursday lunch.Wow. Excellent food at a reasonable price. The flavours were exceptional. Service was spot on. It is a byoa which helps with the cost. Highly recommended.

I very rarely write online reviews - but we went here for a family meal (14 covers) the other night and I was blown away by both the food and the level of service received.All the food was delicious and served together (no small thing for a party our size) - all of the staff were incredibly attentive and very accommodating going far beyond what I would normally deem as good customer service. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I would be a regular if I didnt live so far away. I look forward to visiting again. Superb.
