Ordered food at 6 Should have arrived at 7 we was notified by message it was running late got here at 8 didnt really bother us as we were notified although should have had a discount for that, food was cold not impressed, delivery man was lovely.
Didn't receive chips with my order that I placed on just eat, I rang up to ask for my chips and after a 5 minute wait on the phone the chips were delivered with no apology and nothing in return for the wait...My son wouldn't eat his chicken without his chips so the chicken was cold and we could not all eat together . Not impressed.
Couldnt comment on the food. Over an hour and a half after ordering food hasnt arrived despite their own website saying delivery in an hour. Girl on the phone really couldnt care less. Sounded irritated at being questioned where the delivery is. Apparently theres been a mix up and will be at least another 10 minutes before there is a driver to send it. Oh, and the food was cooked 10 mins ago but thats ok. Expecting cold food to arrive. The suggestion that maybe if orders are delayed they could call customers and advise them was met with a response like Id suggested she pour boiling water in her eyes. Wont be ordering again.
Surprisingly good food. Expected a "dirty kebab", the kind you want after a few pints but found a true gem. Good food, well prepared. Polite staff and very reasonable cost. Well worth a visit.
